Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, please review our appointment policies below. ⸻ 📅 Booking Appointments • All appointments must be secured with a valid credit or debit card. • Same-day appointments are based on availability. • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to relax and prepare for your service. ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrivals • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. • This ensures we stay on time for all guests. ⸻ ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows • 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. • No-shows will be charged the full amount (100%) of the scheduled service. ⸻ 💛 Emergency Considerations • Life happens!
